Don't stay home alone.
Join other singles for an evening of dining, card or board games, movies, plays, summer walks, concerts, wine tasting, contra dancing, and other events. Weekend activities include picnics, mountain excursions, camping and hiking, sporting events, snowshoeing, and signtseeing. It's a great way to make new friends by joining us for any of our 10-15 social activities per month.
We also meet Sunday evenings from 5:45 to 8:00 p.m. at the Clements Community Center, 1580 Yarrow St., Lakewood (near the intersection of Colfax and Wadsworth). We enjoy a meal together, followed by an entertaining/ informative program or a social mixer. Besides interesting speakers and entertainment, some of our most popular meetings include a white elephant gift exchange, soup and chili cook-off, dinner/dance, holiday theme dinners, and pajama party-breakfast potluck. Come to a meeting and we will be glad to show you around, introduce you to members, and answer any questions you may have. Try it once and we're sure you'll be back.
